We woke up to a gorgeous sunny day, and our Facebook feed was going crazy with updates of everyone heading off to weddings around the country, both as guests and fellow photographers. 11/11/11 was a popular day to get married it seemed and according to some even good luck! Chris and Chanelle’s wedding was held at Markovina Estate in the late afternoon – by which time the sun had started to settle a bit. Chris & Chanelle opted to see each other before the ceremony, meeting at a private residence in Huapai. The lovely manicured grounds of this property provided a great backdrop and some welcome shade at times. We had a bit of time after the ceremony for a few more photos around Markovina – mostly in their untamed fields at the back of the property, in contrast to the earlier shots.
